Wire Transfers
Send and/or receive money from one person or business to another, in the U.S. or around the world.
Quick. Easy. Secure.
Wire transfers use an electronic payment service that's quick, easy and secure. Outgoing wires use a SWIFT Business Identifier Code (BIC), that locates a financial institution anywhere in the world. Incoming domestic wires use the 9-digit ABA routing number, a number that's unique to Heartland Bank, a division of German American Bank. International wires use the SWIFT BIC.
To ensure safety and expedite the process, wire transfers are debited directly from or deposited directly to your German American Bank checking or savings account.
