Heartland Bank Community Foundation Support Requests

You’ve decided to ask for help – we applaud your determination to your cause!

We’d love to consider your request for assistance

Grants from the Heartland Bank Community Foundation are made only to qualified, federal tax exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations, as defined by the Internal Revenue Service Code. Contributions are restricted to nonprofit organizations serving local residents in the Central Ohio, Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas. The Foundation looks for opportunities where our funding can have a definite, measurable impact on the community or area of focus. Please fill out the form below to apply for a HBCF grant.

The HBCF does not fund organizations which discriminate based on age, race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability, family status, receipt of public assistance, or sexual orientation.

The Heartland Bank Community Foundation recognizes that there are many organizations doing great work in our communities.  However, the requests we receive greatly exceed our annual charitable giving budget.  We regret that we are unable to fund or support every request and often must decline support to worthy organizations and programs.  Such a response does not reflect a negative appraisal of the applicant organization or the value of its services.

We believe an organization's ability to secure a varied range of support is a sign of its strength and sustainability. As our grants are intended to strengthen a wide range of worthy, charitable, nonprofit organizations, we may decline successive-year or multiple-year grants.
